At what date will a Snow Park Permit be required on the FS 70 Road?

I'm not sure it is required everywhere on fs-70.
I checked at the Washington State Parks site, (http://www.parks.wa.gov/winter/permits.asp) but they don't say when the permits are are required.
I grabbed the following from another site: Sno-Park permits go on sale this weekend. A one-day permit is $10, while a season pass is a bargain at $30. A groomed trail add-on costs an additional $30. You can purchase passes online (http://www.parks.wa.gov/winter/permits.asp)starting Nov. 15 or buy one from one of 125 retail locations (http://www.parks.wa.gov/winter/vendor.asp). Read some tips on getting the most out of your Sno-Park permit in this article in Washington Trails magazine. The Kitsap Sun also has some good suggestions.

About 6 miles up the 70 Road just before it starts to seriously climb uphill there is a "sort of new" nice FS Outhouse. Last year just before this Outhouse there was an official sign that said something to the effect that , "Snow Park Permits Required Beyond This Point". Has this sign been "refreshed" for this this season of snow lovers? There is no need for snow plow services yet in this mild part of November. The reason I ask about needing Snow Park Permits is that requirement has been enforced in previous years.

I haven't seen it but probably yes. One thing we can count on is increasing opportunities for revenue. Seriously, due to all the winter traffic, FS-70 gets hammered all winter long by lots and lots of winter traffic. The Forest Service in Enumclaw can probably give you a straight answer (360) 825-6585
