Wanted to make an endorsement for B & R Refrigeration and Appliance Repair in Enumclaw, 360-829-1710
My 7 year old refrigerator stopped cooling. I looked for someone local and found this company. It’s a mom and pop shop and the owner came out (during a snowstorm) to have a look at the fridge. Within less than 10 minutes he identified the problem and had a suitable “hard start kit” with him and he got it working again.
He said the real problem was that power outages caused a failure of the parts that he replaced. Given we have some pretty formidable power outages, and a number of them each year, I'm not surprised. He said a voltage regulator would solve that problem. I need to get some of these for the fridge and other electrical items!
Anyway they are honest and well worth a call when your fridge has the need.
