Petra and I work with Gavin at Snow Performance, and we're looking for a house to rent for the season. We've been renting seasonally for 5 years, and we are excellent tenants. We have rented from Diane Gebinini and Mike Larkin. We do have a dog, and so need to be able to accommodate him. He is completely house broken, and is extremely well behaved (no chewing, no digging, etc). We'd like to find a small place, if possible, one that runs less than $1000/month. We'd appreciate any help on this!
