I recently found out that some email originating form the www.explore-greenwater.com site’s “contact us” link was not being delivered. I contacted the Internet Service Provider (or ISP) for the site and they have acknowledged the problem and stated that they implemented a solution. They also acknowledged that previous lost mail will remain lost.
Here is the ISP’s explanation of the problem and solution:
…”the web servers function in a cluster of several servers with the requests distributed across them. An issue was found on one of the servers. So only requests on that one server would have issues. We basically had to look through requests until we found one on that server which failed. This is why you would basically have random failures as only requests that happened to hit that server had an issue. Once we had it narrowed down to a server our engineers were able to identify the issue and resolve it.”
I do respond to all email messages so if you’ve sent something in the past and it was not replied to, kindly use the site’s personal message feature or send or email to dmountains@explore-greenwater.com
Thanks for your patience!
