1 box yellow cake mix
1 small can pumpkin (15oz)- not pie filling
1 small box instant vanilla pudding (3.4oz)
2 eggs
¾ cup water
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cloves
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl together. Grease and flour a “sided” cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. When cake is cool frost.
Frosting:
½ pint heavy whipping cream, whipped
½ cup brown sugar
8 oz tub cool whip
