A new 3 week spring yoga session will be held at the Greenwater Community Center beginning this Monday May 5th. Yoga is a fantastic way to stay fit, improve posture, breathing, calm the nerves, increase mobility and relax! Classes will be held Monday's May 5th, 12th and 19th from 6-7:30pm and Tuesday's May 6th, 13th and 20th from 7-8:30am. All class materials will be provided. Both classes are suitable for beginners and those with injuries. However, Monday evening classes will be more vigorous and Tuesdays mornings more gentle.
